This is to introduce you to Pastor Jim Obermeyer. I have had the joy of knowing Jim and his special wife, Betty, for over three decades. My wife and I are both in missionary/evangelistic- and academic- ministry. We have met ministers from all over the world both as a professor and in preaching ministry. Pastor Jim is the cream of the crop. I could count on one hand the ministers that I know with his devotion to God, dedication to his flock, compassion, and his ability to instruct others from the Bible. He is one in a thousand!
Jim is a loving and highly gifted individual, who is able to relate to a people from all backgrounds. He is truly amazing in this way. Jim and Betty make a sensational team. Jim is a team player and, along these lines, submits to authority and is a person with whom it is very easy to work. Jim is extremely intelligent and yet he is able to communicate his biblical and ministerial insights in a way that congregants can understand. I cannot think of a better person to pastor your church. I give Jim my very highest recommendation.
Warmest regards,
Dr. William Jeynes

We believe the Holy Bible to be inspired, the only infallible word of God as written in the original languages.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Christ, in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his miracles, in his vicarious and atoning death through his shed blood, in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of God the Father and his personal return to the earth in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential. The Gospel or good news is that Jesus was born, lived a sinless life, died for the sins of the whole world and rose again from the dead, having been seen by over 500 people at once after His resurrection and all who trust in Him are given the gift of salvation.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit filling the believer with his power and spiritual gifts. This experience is called the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Miracles happen today through faith in the Name of Jesus.
We believe in the resurrection and judgement of both the just and the unjust.
We believe that Jesus Christ will return as He promised to take His bride, the Church, all bloodwashed believers to Himself and so shall we forever be with the Lord.
We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers in Christ.
We believe in the Sacraments instituted by Christ. Water Baptism and Holy Communion are the two main sacraments.
We believe The body of Christ includes all those who are believers in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord, regardless of church affiliation, and choose to live for Him, knowing that the eternal dwelling place will be with Him in heaven where He has prepared a place for all who love Him. Heaven and hell are real places. Heaven is where God dwells with His creation including all those who have died believing. Hell is a place of separation from God and it was originally created for the devil and his angels when they rebelled against God and fell. One day as the Bible teaches God will make a new Heavens and New Earth wherein will dwell righteousness and we will live with Him and His people for eternity.
The faith of the Church through the ages in encapsulated in the Nicene creed.
We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, light from light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven; by the power of the Holy Spirit He became incarnate of the virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father. With the father and the Son, He is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the prophets. We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
